Croc-ed!

After reading Have Shoes, Will Mingle, thought I’d show what I bought last weekend.

I don’t have a pair of Beach Crocs as my first pair was a Nile Crocs (which I have only worn twice- once in Spore in July and once to the beach). I thought this looked cute (I know many have said that Crocs are fugly. Pasal kamu inda confident kali. Sorry, jangan salahkan kasut. Huhu.) and I wore it for the first time last night. Hehe. Cali pulang rasanya but heyy, i’m confident (LOL!).

My husband swears by his Beach Crocs as he thought that its comfortable and convenient, especially if he’s out taking photos. He even wore it to a wedding (or was it a doa selamat) functione once. Nyangku kan- suka ia. This is from a person who I had to convince berabis to buy it and after walking out of the boutique said to me, ‘you ni punya pasal, membali me pulang’. Look who’s thanking me now? *cough*

Oh, if you’re not too keen on the design, get this

This one’s cute too! I know she bought 2 pairs! Hehe.

Why Crocs, you ask?

1.) Really soft, super comfortable, molds to your feet
2.) Barely there, weighing only 6 ounces
3.) Vented so air passes through, keeping feet cool
4.) Non-marking slip-resistant soles*
5.) Bacteria and odor resistant
6.) Ultra-hip Italian styling
7.) Port holes allow water and sand to pass through
8.) Can be sterilized in water and bleach
9.) Easy maintenance, just wipe clean
10.) Orthotic molded foot bed for ultimate comfort and support

Enough reasons to get a pair, but not enough to ditch those Manolos. Hehehe.

So is the Nile as comfy as the Beach? Pity there is no Crocs retailer here but there are a couple of knock-offs. I bought one today, and you know what the logo was? A Seahorse! Hahaha… Its comfy and light though and get this, it only cost B$8.00!!! Will post a pic of it at the Fashion Blog soon ;)

Rina-Yeah, you should’ve gotten the Mary Janes TOO! And I should’ve gotten two pairs. Hehe.

Daisy- My cousin bought it in Singapore. I don’t know where you can get the Prima here as I’ve only heard of the Beach being sold in Brunei. crocs.com.sg online store is still in construction, maybe when that’s ready you can buy online :)
